*All coffee is roasted to order. Marsellesa is a hybrid variety in the Sarchimor family. Sarchimor family plants are a hybrid of Villa Sarchi (a natural Bourbon mutation, like Caturra and Pacas) and a coffee leaf rust (CLR) resistant hybrid from Timor-Leste. Marsellesa is a good mix of the flavor profile from Bourbon (via Villa Sarchi, a close genetic relative to Bourbon) and the resilience of the disease-resistant hybrid from Timor-Leste.

GRANJA PARAISO 92

PINK BOURBON P09

We love this fruity and bombastic coffee, the third coffee in the Summer Collection. Another beautiful rendition of what an experimental coffee should be like coming from Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraiso 92.

The Gesha P-10 is full of complex Tropical fruits: Pineapple, Guava, Passion Fruit, Grapefruit, and with all Gesha, a lingering Florality.

Wilton Benitez has been growing coffee for 26+years, 16+ years of experience with specialty coffee, a roaster and a Q-grader processor. Paraíso92 is a family farm that uses highly innovative farming systems and the use of bioreactors and specific microorganisms for controlled fermentation coupled with a constant control and monitoring of factors such as temperature, pH, brix degrees and electric conductivity make El Paraiso 92's coffee to stand out from the rest and offer a value added like no other. All this allow the producer to have distinct, unique and standardized profiles and notes.
