We are always trying to find unique coffees and we have yet another special coffee coming from Fazenda Um in Brazil. You may have heard of Fazenda Um Coffee Co, as it is the family farm of the 2023 World Barista Champion, Boram Um. During his winning routine, Boram used this Natural Pink Bourbon in a blend combined with a Janson Gesha for his milk-based drink and again during his signature drink.

We love when we are able to source Pink Bourbon and this is another prime example of this fantastic varietal with it's sweet and complex flabour profile. Fazenda Um uses a 'Darkroom' drying phase, whis removes UV light and controlling the temperature and dehydrating the coffee for 45 days.

The result produces a delicate Floral, rich Red Apple, Citrus acidity, Honey-like sweetness with Milk Chocolate and Nougat
