We are huge fans of Frank Torres and every coffee he produces is nothing short of exceptional. This Washed PINK BOURBON is yet another stunning example of Finca La Indonesia's fine work. It is a super clean traditional washed coffee with a nice light sparkling acidity.

We taste Apricot, Lavender, Sparkling Rosé, with light Florals,  and Honey.

Finca La Indonesia is located in La Union, 90km from Pasto. This farm is a Torres family inheritance known for exceptional coffee production for over 40 years. Frank has inherited a part of this farm and is in charge of overseeing all processing and farming practices.

We suggest letting the coffee rest for 2-3wks.
