Bringing a Natural Ethiopian from the amazing Elto Coffee team in Sidama. This Natural has more yellow tropical notes upfront compared to the Layo Natural with some rich ripe Cherry and Honey sweetness. Still a clean cup for a Natural, with very little processing characteristics.

This Natural Ethiopian has the flavours we adore - Yellow Tropical Fruits of Mango, Pineapple, with an Orange zing and Cherry and Honey sweetness as the drink cools.

Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit "Mimi" Dejene, the founders of Elto Coffee, bring heavyweight experience to their venture. Eliyas is part of the Dukamo family behind Daye Bensa, while Mimi built her expertise in quality control at Gesha Village. Together they launched Elto with a focus on precision and innovation in Sidama, where they manage two drying stations-one in Bona and another in Arbegona. Their emphasis is on producing high-quality and competition-grade microlots through industry best practices, pushing Ethiopian specialty toward ever-higher standards. The name Elto carries a dual meaning in Sidama—"abundance" and "more than passion" — reflecting both their ambition and ethos.
