Ever try to get a reservation at the exclusive Dorsia? We made it easier for you so don't have to and can now take a bag of Dorsia house blend home. The 2026 version of Milk Bar is a blend we've been drinking on bar at the studio for a bit. This coffee is just a fantastically solid daily driver.

A MILK BAR is a small local corner shop or general store in Australia and New Zealand. Also known as a Dairy. We love milky drinks and are always exploring the best way to achieve a perfect espresso + milk blend.

We found a great base with a nutty, chocolatey, and full bodied coffee combined it with a more fruity and winey coffee. Both Anaerobic Naturals from Jaguara in Brazil with their Arara varietal. We then blend the Brazilian base with a blend of Colombian mix of Pink and Red Bourbons. The Colombian mix is a softer and rounder mix which really helps smooth out the coffee for a soft landing with hints of fruit and caramels. Milk Bar is developed a touch more than our usual coffees for espresso, medium roast, but still works for filter if you like a more classic profile.

The end result is a lil Fruity, a lil Nutty, a lil Malty, and a lil Chocolatey.
