The final Juan Pena Typica Mejorado of 2026. Last year this coffee sold out very quickly and everyone loved it. Since it was such a hot item we ordered double the amount, along with two other processes. This Anaerobic version is the fruitiest and juiciest of the 3, but still meticulously clean as you'd expect from La Papaya!

Notes of strawberries, grape, grapefruit, guava and bubblegum.

We've spent the last few years trying to get this lot and finally got lucky this year! We've been huge fans of Francy's Pink Bourbons! They are always just so gorgeous and elegant! Francy is integral to her community and local smaller producers, doing such great things with building infrastructure and helping share her knowledge of agronomy. We extremely grateful for her and all her hard work!
