RED FANTA decaf
We love to try and get fun and exciting Decafs as we believe in and enjoy coffees even with low or no decaf. Usually they are sweeter, and we like sweet things. If you tried our Red Fanta from a couples years ago you will know how bonkers this Red Fanta Decaf will be. We tried this 3yrs ago and this one has taken awhile to get our hands on but we are very excited to share it!
We are punched in the face with flavours of sweet Strawberry, Cherry, Red Fruit Pop, Buttery and Chocolatey Bikkies.
Taste incredible with Milk or just straight up Espresso. On Filter it's stunningly fresh and sweet.

PRODUCER
The innovative El Placer Farms project is operated by a true pioneer, Sebastian Ramirez. He is a fourth generation coffee producer. With over 14 years of working with coffee, as well has managing his family farm, Sebastian has developed his El placer farms into an experimental base. Sebastian has a deep knowledge of coffee processing and has access to well-equipped microbiological lab, scientifically monitoring the processing and fermentation at the molecular level. El Placer is 14 hectares of ideal coffee growing farm land, shaded by natural native trees and with an altitude of 1650-2000 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
This coffee starts with an Anaerobic Fermentation for 120 hours, Then remove the pulp and ferment again for 72 hours with red wine yeast, dehydrated strawberries, and red fruit glucose. This adds sweetness, fruity aromas, and complexity.
We suggest letting the coffee rest for 2wks.
