A MILK BAR is a small local corner shop or general store in Australia and New Zealand. Also known as a Dairy.

We love milky drinks and are always exploring the best way to achieve a perfect espresso + milk blend.

We found a great base with a very nutty, chocolatey, and full bodied Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Um with their Mundo Novo. This coffee has a bit of strawberry + raspberry already but we wanted to really take it up a notch with something Jammy. In comes the the Frank Torres Red Bourbon Natural, with its super wild red berry jam punch. This was a fan favourite from last year and we were saving the last bit of this lot for this exact purpose. Exemplifying a great milk blend coffee.

Milk Bar is developed a touch more than our usual coffees for espresso, but still works for filter if you like a more classic profile.

The end result is a Red Berry, Jammy, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, and Dark Chocolate delight.

Hopefully we will find a super blueberry forward coffee for v2!
